Amra Notun Changemakers Programme
Amra Notun Changemakers’ programme is a three month long training programme with a classroom training phase of one month followed by two months of community action project phase.
JOURNEY OF CHANGEMAKERS' PROGRAMME

Classroom Session
The classroom session phase of Amra Notun Changemakers' Programme consists of 9 modules. The modules aim at instilling broader skillsets, mindsets, and character qualities among the youth. Its focus on empathy, value-based leadership skills, human-centered design thinking, collaborative problem solving and social entrepreneurship skills enables the youth to be informed and responsible citizens of the 21st century.

Community Action Project
After the classroom session, participants get two months to work on a community action project. They form groups, identify a problem in the community, design solutions, and implement it to improve situations. So far, 140+ community action projects have been completed successfully by the participating youth of the Amra Noun Changemakers' Programme.

Final Presentation Day
At the end of the community project phase, the groups present their 2-month long community action project journey in front of a jury panel and receive feedback, insights, and suggestions on the projects' scope for future scalability and sustainability. After the presentation, participants are awarded the Amra Notun Changemakers’ Programme graduation certificate.

Amra Notun Alumni Network
After successfully completing the Changemakers’ programme, the participants join the Amra Notun Alumni Network. They focus on mitigating social crises, providing emergency response services, and establishing an inclusive and just society. In addition, the alumni body plays an important role in developing the next young changemakers by participating in the Changemakers' programme as facilitators, co-facilitators, mentors, and selection committee members.
