The Human Resource Department is responsible for modernizing and executing BRAC's human resource development plan beside its regular function, i.e., recruitment, hiring of senior staff, orientation and performance appraisal. During
2001, the department has developed and installed an automated system to
develop staff profile, i.e., personal, academic and professional records
of BRAC personnel to preserve and analyze the information for assessing
the staff capacity, training needs, etc. |
