WHO WE ARE

BRAC Youth Platform

BRAC Youth Platform (BYP) is an entity that was launched in April 2020, to synergise the BRAC initiatives centred on youth and adolescents. Aligned with BRAC’s strategic priority of investing in the next generation, we envision preparing the youth and adolescents for the ever-changing nature of life, citizenship and work in the 21st century. Hence, this platform is creating an ecosystem of pathways to intervene across various transitioning points in the lives of young people through two major interventions: Amra Notun Network and Creative Clubs.

WHAT WE DO

Amra Notun Network

Amra Notun is a Changemakers’ Network equipped with the acquisition of value-driven learning and mindsets. Trained on the soft skills of the 21st century, the youths of this network practice empathetic leadership attributes along the path of ensuring community well-being and inclusive social progress.

Creative Clubs

Creative Clubs explores the links between out-of-school time and positive development, particularly during early adolescence, paying special attention to the role of afterschool programs in promoting lifelong learning skills. It is a club-focused intervention in high schools that aim to impart 21st-century skill sets among students, via play-based and experiential learning methodologies.
