Classroom based enterprise-related training is provided on livestock, agriculture or non-farm activities as preferred by participants. Once participants select their specific enterprise to receive their asset, they receive class room training on how to support enterprise building.

Technical training in the classroom takes place before the asset transfer so that the participant knows how to manage their asset and build on her income earning capabilities. This consists of 3 days of classroom training to give basic knowledge on enterprise, and is followed up by quarterly refresher courses. Refresher training takes place periodically during the project cycle.
