COVID-19 vaccination is in full swing in Bangladesh. BRAC is proud to be supporting the Government of Bangladesh in its national mass vaccination initiatives, through managing vaccination centres in Dhaka, as well as informing the public about vaccination, myth-busting, and directing people to vaccination services across Bangladesh. With the support of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) and a coalition of partners, the Community Fort for Resisting COVID-19 (CFRC) community-level behaviour change initiative is reaching 81 million people across 35 high-risk areas. In collaboration with UNFPA and with the support of the World Bank, the Community Support Team Cox's Bazar (CST Cox's Bazar) project is reaching 1.2 million people to slow COVID-19 community transmission across 58 unions in six sub-districts of Cox's Bazar. |
