Operational research
To generate further knowledge on the impact of various programmes implemented by BRAC Uganda a number of operational research is being conducted by the Research and Evaluation Unit.
These research initiatives are critical in creating knowledge and at the same time are fed back into BRAC programmes to increase effectiveness.
There are currently research are being undertaken on the following programmes:
Microfinance and SEP:
- Drop out
- Group dynamics
- Savings promotion
- Impact evaluation
Agricultrue, poultry and livestock:
- Impact evaluation
- Bed net
Social Performance Management:
- Poverty scorecard
