The overall objective of the BRAC Learning Division is to improve the effectiveness of BRAC through enhancement of human potential of its staff, programme participants, and other stakeholders. These efforts are consistent with BRAC’s poverty alleviation and empowerment goals. In order to respond appropriately to diversity and organisational needs, the Training Division’s specific objectives are as follows:
1. Make BLC a centre of excellence for training on leadership and management skills.
2. Provide capacity building support to BRAC and other development organisations.
3. Establish partnership and networks with other national, regional and international training institutions to continuously improve training facilities and capabilities.
4. Promote organisational values and culture of BRAC
