Human Resource Division (HRD) works to ensure procedural justice, intensify transparency and equity, and promote innovation and quality. As HRD is one of the significant support programmes of BRAC, it facilitates an organisational environment where staff can flourish, be innovative and adoptive. We aim to ensure decent working environment where staff are nurtured and treated with dignity and respect.
From the early stages of its evolution, HRD has been committed towards a goal to maximise job satisfaction, enhance transparency and ensure procedural justice to all employees. As BRAC has wide varieties of development programmes, a large number of qualified, potential and committed staffs are required to attain the organisational goal. HRD recruits the most competent and potential candidates for the organisation. HRD also ensure that the staff are appraised properly and offered proper reward for the services they provide to the organisation. These would thus keep the employees motivated towards their work.
In the year 2005 BRAC decentralised its HRD and established thirty (30) HR Field Offices throughout the country to ensure and accelerate HR services to staff at grass root level.
