Where We Work : Pakistan : Education

BRAC considers education to be a powerful tool for improving the high instances of discrimination against girls, illiteracy and poverty. With support from BRAC USA, we have started a pilot programme of 20 pre-primary schools in the Horipur district of the North West Frontier Province. This pilot programme is designed to replicate BRAC’s extensive pre-primary and primary school experience in Bangladesh.
